Schiraldi has spent his career managing important business operations and supervising large organizations while working in global financial market sectors on both sales and purchasing functions.

Dario Schiraldi
obtained his degree from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania before starting his investment banking profession with Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Throughout 17 years he assumed different senior positions starting from institutional sales and operating out of New York and London. Through his leadership roles he displayed mastery in handling worldwide financial management of complex operations and teams.

As the Director for European institutional sales Dario Schiraldi Deutsche Bank journey has managed a €5 billion business unit which included equity, fixed income and currency as well as commodity operations. Through his leadership role at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Schiraldi successfully turned around the organization by managing sales operations as Global Head of Sales and serving as Chairman for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Schiraldi successfully increased division staffing numbers to more than 1850 employees who managed €750 billion in assets.

Schiraldi departed from Deutsche Bank in 2016 to dedicate his efforts at VIDA Ventures and VIDA Holding which he managed through his personal family office investment vehicle. Dario Schiraldi VIDA Holding expands its investment focus across multiple asset stages in technology along with real estate development, media operations and food-service businesses.

Throughout his career Dario Schiraldi has demonstrated leadership quality while fostering innovation to generate business value across different sectors and he actively guides investment strategies today.
